1st Alterations!!!

Ok gals! I went down to my mom's store and had my first alterations this past weekend and I now LOVE my dress! Now that I can see what it will look like when she's done (were pulling it in at the hips and butt to make it more mermaid), I love it. AND...

I've decided to wear my hair down! I don't have a picture of me with my veil on, but I loved how the dress looked with my hair down during alterations (and my mom started to cry...) so Ive decided to change the hairstyle to all down...its more me.

Oh and I posted the pics of my mom's dress too, don't ask me what she's doing in the pictures though...ha ha ha! ;)

Don't ask me what Im doing, I have no idea what that face is! HA!

She's not wearing the sash like that. Its supposed to tie in the front, but were going to reverse the sash and have it come around to the back and secure it with a brooch like this:

Thanks! Beatie, Im really excited and Im so glad I am because I was just "blah" about the dress before.   Chica- I know my mom is a NERD! HA HA HA HA! I think she was talking and she always put her hands down at her sides to imagine herself skinnier, we are the biggest dorks ever!
