I'm glad the overbust measurement helps!!  Caramel, I can't believe you're going in for more torture.  Really???? A third dress?  lol.  So far I think the last 2 look great though! 

Caramel- what are you going to do with three dresses? A ceremony dress, reception dress and TTD dress?

haha 2011b, tell me about it. now i'm seeing all sorts of stuff wrong with the 2nd dress, but they prolly won't fix it cuz then they'd have to redo the whole thing. the pleats don't line up from right to left on the back, the ruching isn't hitting the waist but rather the hip, etc. OH WELL.

hi camelsintexas, i ordered the 2nd one as a backup actually - cuz as you can see from my "waverley" post, they were driving me (and i them) up the wall!! they couldn't get ANYthing right it seemed, so i opted to have them make a dress that's totally different in fabric and style cuz i knew they were much better at more structured looks than ruffly/organic. I figured it'd STILL be cheaper than finding a dress here. plus i can always try to sell them later for cheap and recoup something. i can't wait to try the second one on so i can decide. i LOVE the original Fanal too - it's timeless! Good idea about TTD - I have an engagement shoot THIS SUNDAY (and makeup trial!). i don't even know what i'm gonna wear.

the third dress is the reception dress - tea/kneelength (we shall see, huh?), something i saw on etsy and fell in love with. they said they're not able to do all the floral embellishments so i said that's ok, just make it plain. here she is:

I love the dresses you've had them design! What fabric is the second dress made out of? I'm trying to figure out whether to have a dress made by them in taffeta or satin, but the satin just seems like it would be much heavier.
