Joe and I celebrated 3 years together on the 19th! We went out to dinner the night before since the 19th fell on the first day of classes. Joe works during the day, then he has night classes so he couldn't miss on the first day. It was nice though! We went to dinner at Brio in Southlake! I got my salmon pasts (which is a grilled salmon steak on top of angel hair pasta in butter sauce with tomatoes, asparagus, spinach and it's so gooood) and Joe got his spicy pasta...thing. I forget what it's called! After dinner we grabbed a slice of cheesecake to go from Cheesecake Factory, then headed back to his place for a quiet evening! I still can't believe it's been three years already! We'd be going on 4 years this summer if I wasn't so stupid in the beginning! Oh, well! We're together now and I can't complain! :]
