54 lbs to go.... who is with me???

Well I weighed myself this morning at 179... down 10 lbs from my 189 in February! Its not fast progress but its happening! FI and I have been walking 2 miles every night on the track near our house, and I've been trying to walk on my lunch break (I don't feel like I crave food as much when I do that).

I also joined the online site "Bridal Bootcamp" today. Gotta go to the health food store and pick up the ingredients for the cleansing week shakes.... yay :P

I have my weight watchers meeting and weigh in tonight too.

Anyhow, I'm just wondering if there's other ladies out there interested in a daily/weekly weight check-in here on PW? We could share tips, ideas, workout plans and vent when we need it. I'd love to have some support from fellow brides!

I am in!!  I have been doing WW for about a year and have lost 17.8lbs.  It's coming off slowly but surely and it is staying off which is the most important thing!

Ooooo...what's this Bridal Bootcamp? I'm in it to lose at least 40 pounds in the next nine months!

**Raises Hand** Me Me!  I have about 15-20 I want to lose before October... If only I could roll out of bed at 5 am when my alarm goes off ugh!

Weight watchers is great! I've always heard so much negative stuff about it... but really its up to you weather you lose or not on the program. They're there to help you learn to eat better, give you a support group, and share ideas. I just wish I could go every day... maybe twice a day!
