I'm in...don't necessarily need to lose weight, but DEFINITELY inches!  I'm one of those girls who decided ordering in her dress a size smaller was a good idea (because my bust and waist measurements were perfect for the smaller size).  Not too sure what I was thinking going against everyone's advice.  Hopefully this decision won't come back to bite me in the @$$!  Speaking of the latter, since I ordered my dress I've lost 1.5 inches from my hips.  Goal: keep it off until November. But since the school year is over, I worry that I'll be less active--gotta keep myself going!  This should help!

My understanding from years of study is this:

If our body thinks it is starving it will hold weight

When we do not absorb our nutrients from our food we hold weight

If our system is off we do not absorb our nutrients.

Healing our system will allow us to absorb our nutrients and we can eat as much as we want and not hold weight.

So the KEY is to heal our system.

What needs to be healed and how is the real question to loosing weight

Two main areas:

The pancreatic secretions need to be activated by chewing our food

The villi (hairs) on our intestines need to be healed. If they are damaged we cannot absorb our nutrients, no matter how good we are eating...

How to heal the villi (hairs on our intestines).

Avoid bad oils!

Avoid de-natured foods

Drink Nettle Tea daily and Flax seed tea in the morning.

It takes 90 days to re-grow the villi (hairs) on the intestines and then the weight will begin to DROP off...

Next you will want to think about tightening your skin as the excess weight will be gone...

This philosophy come from CHM translated into western terms in Healing With Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford, you can get it on Amazon for $40 or less...

I did weight watchers last year and it really seemed to work.  I went from 138 to 128.  I would like to lose another 10 pounds before the wedding!  I started today and am going to continue until the big day in August!!
