Ladies, DH and I made a pot roast tonight and it was so good.  I have been searching high and low for a recipe that was similar to the way my Mom used to make and I found a seasoning mix, bought the mix, and we cooked it tonight. The meat turned out so tasty and besides the crushed tomatoes that the recipe called for (which I will omit the next time), it tasted exactly like my Mom's.
