Getting married in May. My wedding party is MOH and BM. We are walking into *Pink*...*Let's get this party started*. NO way you can walk in room...you must dance.

So, Stan and I want to go in with sunglasses on and probably 1/2 walking...1/2 dancing. He will wear a party hat but not me...don't mess with my hair. Should MOH & BM do it as well? Or can it just be a surprise...and we do it? After a little champagne....I'm ready for a fun entrance? Any other ideas? Anyone doing it? This wedding is a 2nd..we are both 61 years old and it's time to have fun. Ceremony outside....but inside is the party!!!! My kids will fall on the floor laughing.........any comments??? Thanks in advance. Joanne

Sounds like a great idea. I'm sure your guests will LOVE it!

I think it would be neat if you all did it maybe lighten everyone else.

But if you and your new DH did it alone it would look great too. I have seen this before and it always made for great fun!

Our bridal party, including DH and I sort of half danced/half walked into our reception to Deadmaus' "Ghosts N' Stuff".  We all had a blast doing it!

It would probably be more of a shocker if your BP walked in normal and then you and DH walked in rockin' out. I bet your guests would love it!

I think it's a wonderful idea and we were all supposed to walk in dancing but since the song that was supposed to be played during the ceremony didn't play, the DJ played it instead when we came into the reception hall. I think the whole bridal party should get in on the fun!

LOL I wanted my wedding party to dance in...but they are not dancers. I had 2 of them that did it just for me but they looked really uncomfortable. And DH was holding my hand so tight that I was trying but it...just didn't work! And it didn't help that the DJ played the entrance song pretty softly so it didn't have the party atmosphere.

I would definitely tell them ahead of time what you want them to do! Have the DJ really crank up the music and get everyone on their feet. If everyone is clapping and having a good time, it will make it much easier and fun.
