I'm not even sure how I got the email (bridal show list I'm sure).  The initial website looks a little rough but they make a valid point in saying that anyone can tryon a larger gown but no one can try on a smaller one.  So they are catering to sizes 1630 in bridal, bridesmaids and mother of the bride formals.  Now this place is in PA, in a suburb of Pittsburgh, but hey one never knows.  I traveled an hour away to find my dress. So i thought this might help a few folks!  Happy dress hunting!

PS. I got my dress from a place called MB Bride in Greensburg PA- they have a nice (not huge)plus size selcetion - some gowns got up to a 26 or 28 I think maybe even a thirty.  www.mbbride.com

That's great.  I hope more follow.  Plus sizes are such a huge (pardon the pun) part of the population, and so underserved!

I went to Curvaceous Couture in Baltimore, MD, even though I'm from Pittsburgh. From their website pictures, I didn't like alot of the dresses, but that's just me. Curvaceous Couture is Awesome.
