We put an offer in on a house that we loved and another offer being chosen instead =( so we've been house hunting again! We found this one, which was actually set up very similar and a cloe second. W put an offer in last week on it, and this time we got a call that the sellers accepted our offer!!! As long as the bank on the seller's side approves it (short sale) this baby will be ours in about 60-90 days! The wait is going to be tough, but we are crossing our fingers that the bank okays it!!! The inside is beautiful, but needs some updating.. my FI loves projects like that so he's looking forward to it! We are so excited!!!
