This first one only needs a metal Garland punch from any craft store and card stock in your colors. Staples has many cheap in bulk or Craft store by the sheet

This is my DIY Bouquet and garter.
I used 4 different kinds of Large flowers 1 set of peacock colored feathers. Removed all leaves and cut to length I wanted
I wrapped all with satin ribbon
And tied a pretty bow and hot glued a shiny button on bow after I snipped off the back of the button piece
I folded my handkerchief and wrapped like a skirt onto the stems of bouquet and pinned with a safety pin so that my handkercheif and safety pin would be available if I needed it
Bouquet $25 for everything Flowers were on clearance
Garter materials I had in sewing basket but if I had to buy remenants $4-$10 depending on materials 1/2" elastic Measure thigh add 4" for material subtract 1" to 1.5" for elastic. Make sure this is comfortable.

This is my cookie tiles stamped into poly clay and painted with cheap acrylic paint at 33 cents each
Cost $10- $30 for 20 tiles depending on how many colors and what you have on hand for cookie stamping. You can also use regular cookie cutters and paint a design.

Tak a 3.5" by 3" material put 1.5 teaspoons tea leaves in center fold width over sonow it is about 1.5" by 3.5"and fold in half again so it is about 1/2" by 3.5" and then fold over length wise and wrap the top of bundle with unbleached cotton
