Hey girls!!

For those of you that have book all inclusive vacations, where did you do so? A vacation planner, travel website? Something else?

My large, insane family is planning to take a big family vacation Christmas 2013. We are all grown up now, and thought a trip would be SO much fun! With so many people, we are thinking an All Inclusive will be the best idea for us. I like to plan, so I wanted to check websites/desinations/prices before we decide where we are going.

TIA!

My family uses their Time Share sites to look for those things. see if anyone in your family is an "owner" with RCI, or other Time Share companies. Otherwise, If you are a AAA member, they can help plan vacations, and even get you a discounted rate! Otherwise, google... and see if you can find a time share resale site. some members can't use their vacation, and they sell it, at the fees they pay which are much lower than the usual fees! Good luck!

My Mom is an RCI owner, but with 20+ people coming, I'm not sure that will be the most cost effective option, at least from just looking through the book of properties. I will definitely check aaa. Thanks!!!!

Hi we travel as a family often during the Christmas holidays. Its a great time for the extended family and close friends to reconnect, especially since my daughters are now adults.

We travel in a group from 6-20. Sites I have used in the past :

VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owners), CheapCaribean, TripAdvisor. When on the sites just put in your special requirements-All-inclusive, etc. We prefer the AI boutique hotels, very intimate, but they tend to be slightly more expensive. Just remember travelling over the Christmas holidays come with higher air fare fees, etc., but we love it!

Both all-inclusive trips we have booked have been through Apple Vacations... haven't had a problem with them yet :)

I forgot to add, on last group trip in November a travel agent was used and she did save us money on the best rates we could fine.
