Mine is a little different since we are having it at my parents house so here it goes:

Dress ordered

Tuxes reserved FI and Best Man only

Save the dates completed and are being sent out by the end of the week

Caterer reserved

Florist reserved

Week of Wedding Planner reserved

Invitations are being designed

BM dress being made and will see completed version this Saturday (please pray that it looks the way I told them to make it) if it does look fine then will order the rest of the dresses.

Sending out BM invites and Save the dates today or tomorrow

Event Companies still being reviewed (need to decide on who we will go with by end of March)

DJ and lighting confirmed

Making decision on Florist at end of week

Still there is so much to do!!!!!

String quartet will play for the guests

High and low bistro tables on front patio for guests

Signature cocktails, beer, wine, iced tea and lemonade + appetizers(still need to decide with the caterer) for the guests

Bought frames and stands for our canvas print & photo's to put on the escort card table

Reception:

Booked the Norris Pavilion

Chose all table linens and napkins

Renting Chiavari's and glassware from Classic Party

Found birdcages for the centerpieces

Bought doilies to tea stain and hand stamp for the menu's

Booked Sweet and Saucy Shop for the cake bought AMORE sign & rented bling candle holders for cake table

Bought clear votive holders and LED tea lights

Booked Thank Goodness It's Sophia for catering

Booked DJ

Bought mirrors for the table numbers and a Mr. and Mrs. sign

To Do: Favors, wrap the votive holders with lace, figure out playlist for DJ, DIY table #'s and escort cards and menu's, create a sign post for cigar/scotch area/dessert bar and SmileBooth

Post wedding to do's:

Book hotel for our first night as Mr. and Mrs.

Sunday: brunch & gift opening with family

Thursday: leave for Kauai for a week in paradise!
