I'm new!

My name is Kristina and my fiance's name is George. We got engaged on my birthday a couple of months ago! Our wedding is taking place on June 30, 2012 at Oheka Castle which is located in Huntington, NY. 

I know that I want a really glamorous/chic look. Our color scheme is all white, with a few gold touches. There will be a lot of BLING and tons of flowers!!! I really want our guests to be wowed when they arrive at our reception. I'm very detail oriented, so I'm already driving myself crazy. We're also doing an after party at our reception venue which is Alice in Wonderland themed. We'll have a breakfast buffet and some fun activities for our guests. 

Still haven't found my dresses. As of right now, the plan is that I will have 2. I had my heart set on a Vera Wang gown, but I've come to find out that it's no longer available. My mom and I are going to Klienfelds at the end of June and I also have made appointments at Saks Fifth Avenue, and a boutique close to my house in Manhasset, NY.

My name is Sam and I'm still in the early stages of planning, but I have a few things figured out. Our theme is the Carnival except, well- GLAM! ... and that is about as far as I have gotten. Ha!
