I like Angie Pham. I'm not sure if she meets your budget, but she's good and reasonably priced still.

My H&M guy is coming from Mexico (TJ) and is super good and affordable.  If the above recs don't work out and you want to get his info let me know.  I can communicate with him and let you know what his prices are.

My family has been going to get their hair did w/ him since I can remember.  He did my aunts and mom's make up for their weddings.  He came to our house and was very punctual.  He is definately affordable :)

LET ME KNOW :)

You can also do a MAC makeup.  you are required to spend $50 on merchendise so you could probably buy your touch up lipstick and lip liner, etc.  and have planty busget left for your hair.  Only downfall is that you would have to do a little bit of running around... not too much if you plan it well though.

Any recommendations for MUA and Hair stylist that will come to my hotel on the day of?  I've struck out on all the other referrals and recommendations I've been given (everyone is having a baby, on vacation or already booked).  TIA
