Well my RSVP date was Saturday and I'm still unaccounted for about 40 people. Boo that sucks.  Thankfully I have a few days until I have to turn my initial numbers into the caterer.

I am VERY thankful though that it's looking like we will have the 150 person wedding that I was hoping for. And not the 200+ event. Woo Hoo for holiday weddings and my parents friends not making the trip! bwahahaha!!

our deadline is the 25th...

havent heard from like 30 people...

im' sure i'll get a flood on the 26th!  LOL =)

our date was Nov 12..... we were missing responses for 79 people. yes, you read that right. out of 338, we still had not heard from 79 of them!!

now, 17 days out, and I'm still missing about 10. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh

people suck!

Definitely had RSVP issues!! Our deadline was Nov. 7th....on the 7th we still had 51 outstanding responses....out of 100 invites that were sent....that was 102 people of the 200 invited...

We're now 11 days from wedding day and 10 people have left to rsvp...My mom has been tirelessly working on it. I'm pretty much assuming that these 10 aren't coming but who knows...

I had about 20 people (out of 97) miss the RSVP date. Most of them sent their cards back just a week or so late, after a call or an email from my mom, FMIL, or me. The remaining few I really had to chase after. I just got an answer from the last person I needed; she kept telling me she wasn't sure if she was going to bring a guest or not. Another friend of mine emailed me to say she coming, but didn't tell me whether she wanted chicken or beef. I kept asking her, but she just kept saying, "Of course I'm coming to the wedding!" and asking me about other things. I finally put her down for chicken and called it a day. 

I only had half of the invititations I sent RSVP by the deadline - I got my parents & FI on the phone to call everyone. It was a total pain! I'm thinking "it's already stamped! All you have to do is write your name, check a box, and stick it in the mail!" Mine didn't even have to be put back into envelopes since they were postcards.
