Any weight loss workout DVD recommendations?

I'm trying to find a good weight loss workout DVD as I have 4 months to lose 15lbs! Been checking out Amazon reviews, but there's too many to choose from. I'm trying to lose weight and tone my arms and lose some tummy. I have 5 lb weights and an exercise ball that I barely use so I'm looking for a DVD that may incorporate the use of these. Otherwise, I'm open to yoga. Any recommendations?

I have heard turbo jam is really good but I have never done it.

i'm a big time infomercial junkie. i just bought turbo jam and i really like it. the music and the moves are fun. it's like taking a aerobics class. she incorporates kickboxing and capoera [i dont think i spelled it right] there is also a weight lifting part that i find fun [i never thought i'd say that hehehe]
i bought gunner petersen's core something work out and he uses an exercise ball too. i really liked this one too. i lost the dvds and my ball =(

I'm also looking for other work outs too so i can change it up.

I highly recommend doing the Nike + IPod program. I just got it and I'm obsessed with it. For DVDs, I would recommend Windsor Pilates. You can really feel your abs afterwards.

I have had success in the past with The Firm video's- especially the boot camp series

I second Winsor Pilates! The newer ones include the resistant band things. I have back issues (since I was 4 yrs old) and Pilates has been the only work out that gets fast results without straining my back. I always feel so much taller and leaner after finishing a workout...I love it!!!

So far, it looks like Turbo Jam and Winsor Pilates. I'll go look for these tonight. Thanks all! Still open to other recommendations.

It's kind of silly, but my sister had a lot of success with Carmen Elektra's Aerobic StripTease DVDs. The 1st DVD has a basic dancer's workout that really worked the legs, butt and core muscles. The later DVD's teach a striptease and a lap dance. We did it together a couple of times and it was easy to forget we were working out. ;-)

Are you in LA? If so you gotta check out Cardio Barre. It will kick your butt, in a good way. If not you can find the DVD online. It's cardio with low weights and lots of reps. It will give you the slim dancers body. I'm totally addicted.
