Anyone doing Body by Vi?

Just curious if anyone is doing the weightloss Body by Vi and what you think

A friend of mine Jeremiah and his wife are doing it. The transformation he made is nothing short of amazing!!  I will see if I can find his FB link when I get home.

I am doing it now. I feel tons better!!! I have not lost any weight but feel great inside

I have heard very little about it.  Is it a good program? A friend of ours is doing it now, but she hasn't said anything about it.

There are different levels. the bottom level isn't really for weight loss, just health. But a friend of mine did the tip level and not only is she in better shape she has cut het dosage of cholesterol and hollow pressure meds in half! It's a fantastic program!

So just to update. I have lost some weight with the body by vi program and I LOVE IT!!! I woudl recomend it to anyone!!
