I was planning on having them for the wedding because I want a lot of body in my hair. Has anyone ever had these inserted? Do they stay in well? Thanks!

i recently saw my 18 year old cousin for graduation and noticed her hair was long and "body-full". i later commented to my sister on how good her hair looked. she then told me she was wearing comb in extensions! I totally wasnt able to tell! i'm considering getting some myself because they looked great on her. and she wore them all day long for graduation and grad nite at Disneyland. That tells me they last long! ;)

I JUST had my hair trial and I used them. THEY ARE AMAZING! Since I color my hair a lot it is very fine and I'm wearing my hair down...so added body was a must! I was considering real extensions when my hair stylist reccomended the comb-in ones. I'm glad I listened!!!! They lasted all day and night and looked great!!!!

HTH!!

where do you get the comb in extensions?  And are these something you can put in yourself?  I also want my hair half down and need the extra oomph!  :o)

Yup, I had them in for my best friend's wedding. It looked like my real hair, I loved them! I'm going to have them put in for my wedding too. Make sure you get those that are real hair. You can curl, wash and even dye them!

I initially thought i'd get these and then changed my mind.  but now i'm thinking i might need them for a fuller chignon (my hair is pretty fine).  anyone have a good recommendation of where to get them or what brand to get?  i know jessica simpson and her stylist have some extensions but they're pretty pricey and there is a no return policy on them...

Beatie, I got mine from Wilshire Wigs in North Hollywood. They've got a huge selection and at reasonable prices. They have all kinds of brands too. http://www.wilshirewigs.com/

thanks paola!  any recommendations on getting either the ones with multiple pieces or one big piece?  i'm not looking for much length...just fullness...

Kelly - I got them at a local beauty supply store. Just make sure they are real human hair. I saw the Jess Simpson ones, but the ladies at the store said there were others that were better and cheaper.  I bought mine for 60 and I think I'm going to want one more, but just having one made a HUGE difference. It took my hair to the next level...no wonder all those celebs look so hot with their thick, full hair (it's probably fake!) I wore mine for about 12 hours and the curl held great all day, the color was even a little off (I'm going to take them to my colorist to have them matched to my hair). I would definitely suggest them...esp if you're wearing your hair down. My mom took pics, I'll have her send them to me and I'll try and post them. :)
