I bought one long strand of hair and then cut them into smaller pieces. I bought clips and sewed them in myself. This should help with fullness because you can put them in-between your hair. I would recommened (if you have time) to go into the actual school. They'll be able to show you and match the pieces with your hair color. They were very helpful.

Great now I really really want them. So can you insert them yourself or do you need a hair stylist to do it?

No problem! Ya, I really needed them because my hair is super fine. :( Sarah - they are pretty easy to put in.
