Ok a mini update: I sent a paypal dispute and send a fairly long message:
I made the deposit listing in Feb for the customized Save the Dates. After one month, I received the wrong Save the Dates design. It might be a minor detail to you, but I paid for this service. I emailed you about the issue and you responded
promptly, saying that you reprint them with the approved design but it's been almost two weeks and you have not responded to the three emails I have sent. I just want to know when and if you are actually going to do what you said you were going to do
which is resend the CORRECT design that I approved. I was supposed to send these Save the Dates but it's been posponed because I received a product with the wrong design and there is little to no communication from you. This whole transaction from
deposit to now has been TWO months. If you want the wrong save the dates you can pay for shipping and I'll ship them to you but I paid for an approved design that I haven't gotten. If you can't get this done let me know and I'll request a refund
for BOTH the deposit and the listing.
I wanted to sound stern but not a total mean person. Cross fingers this lady resends or refunds!
