Hi ladies! I'm new to this group :) I'm in need of a good solid form of birth control that doesn't involve hormones for health reasons. DH and I have been using the withdrawel method for quite a while and so far nothing has happened but we're in no position to have kids yet so I need to find something safer just in case. We hate using condoms so it seems my best bet is to get a diaphragm. Have any of you ever used one? If so how did/do you like it? TIA!
