I really want to tone up my upper arms for the wedding and I found this "work-out" online that is supposed to do just that...

Is anyone else doing something like this?  What part of your body would you like to have just a little bit better for your wedding day?

Good question! (I don't do the arm thing by the way)

I think I am overall pleased with how I look. Of course some things could be better, but I decided to not be bothered by it, it helps ;)

Thanks!! My arms are really bugging me and I'd love to get my tummy back in shape!

Yeah...my tummy is another one that I need to work on :-)  I like the arm workout that I posted cause it's simple and something I can do every day and it doesn't take a lot of time.  I actually haven't started doing it yet - LOL - but when I do, I'll let you all know how long it takes before I start seeing results.

Every part! But if I could have a "poof be gone" moment where someone zapped a part of my body into shape, DEF without a question, my GUT.  Ugh, I don't know why I've always had like 15 lbs of excess fat there but it is so disqusting and it seems like no amount of exercise or dieting will ever make it go away! So frustrating!

I need to work out my arms before my wedding.  I have the "flappy"arm thing going on so thanks for sharing

You're welcome :-)

The other thing I have, is brown "age spots" on my hands - YUCK!  When exactly did I turn into my mother??? *sigh* That is something that I would like to get rid of for the wedding since everyone is going to be looking at my hand and there will be close up photos of my hand.  I'm just not sure what to do about them or how to get them to go away.  :-(
