since we are all in the pinterest spirit today, i saw this while browsing the wedding&events tab. i NEVER knew that you shouldnt wear your ring all the time!! i am guilty of almost all of these! wupsies :/ good thing i am getting it re-dipped after the wedding :)

Good article! I do keep it on way too much too. I lift weights with people at work all the time, and I'm not not wearing it at work. I try to take it off for lotion but sometimes I forget!!

Thanks for that! I keep my ring on most of the time! The only time i do take it off is to put lotion on! and that only because it's a bit loose!

let me add one... snow ball games and dive your hand into the freezer looking for ice-cream. the harsh temperature change may cause cracking in your stone...

Good one mademoiselle!!!!!! ramming your hands into ice definitely sounds like a bad idea!

Well I basically did everything on that list and I am now down one stone in my ring.... so take it from me, be very careful it you wear you ring ALL the time... I NEVER EVER took mine off, for anything

I was pleasantly surprised to see that I do almost everything right. Except I do wear it when working out but I only use free weights and I do wear it to sleep but it's nothing that has ever scratched us.

Great article! I haven't been wearing my ring since last week (July 4th) I got it cleaned and I don't want to get it dirty before the wedding so I decided not to wear it until the wedding! I am seriously having a hard time doing this. -- It feels weird not wearing it and looking down and not seeing it / staring at it!! :P
