Thanks so much for your reply!  It's great to know that you and your friends had success there!  My patient liason has been super nice to deal with over the phone and that has been a great first impression so far.  I only have 3 weeks to go and this month is flying by since we've been busy with parties and shopping.   Sooo excited to finally get some answers and a plan!
