Does anybody know good wedding caterer that makes asian (fusion, Japanese, Korean etc) food? 

I am looking to incorporate some aspect of my culture, but I am not sure where to look!

I would highly recommend Le's Kitchen Catering. They specialize in gourmet Vietnamese, but you should still give Nguyet a call. :) I had them cater a special event for a senior exec at Facebook and everyone loved the food!
