On August 1 I am going to begin my 'mission' to shed some weight prior to my June 2013 wedding. I am excited to find my dream dress and have it look amazing on a more toned body.
At this time, I am not committed to a specific weight loss program. My hope is to go through my doctor to make sure I am doing it in a healthy way and so, it can be monitored more closely. I think it's a great idea for anyone wanting
to diet to visit their doctor and have blood work taken before beginning. This will give you an idea of the benefits you'll gain from losing weight!
I currently have a couple apps downloaded to my iPhone that I am hoping will help me in this process. Couch to 5K, MyFitness Pal and RR... I think this will help me because I will be logging all my information!
