Here are a bunch of my DIY projects completed... and some still a Work In Progress. (Ignore me: make up free and usually in my PJs! haha!)
Pomander balls (Gerbera daisies) to line the aisle and later for reception decor using 2 different colors (10 in total):
Bar & Drink swizzle sticks! Love is Sweet; K&B; Mangia!; Eat, drink & Be Married!; Kim & Brian, etc.
Table number holders (WIP), OR I may end up with trunk/branch cuttings sitting flat on table holding the number (my fingers and hands REALLY hurt after this day! Lots of wire and twine!):
Flip Flop Basket (just needs a sign on the front with ribbon - WIP):
One of the favors... Jordan Almond Flowers: Tag (embossed and stamped) reads: Five sugared almonds for each guest to eat... Reminds us that life if both bitter and sweet. Five wishes for the new husband and wife... Happiness, Love, Health, Wealth and Long Life.
Putting together outside wrap of pocketfold invitations (ignore the messy house!):
These are NOT final... I added another strand of rafia so it looks fuller, with more jetting out of the sides. Inside the invite pocket fold... I stamped and embossed (with the "pink dildo" LOL) a leaf/swirl pattern (looks MUCH nicer in real life):
& Dutiful Fiance helping out... Embossing... with the "pink... you know what!".... He's a FAB and very precise cutter... Did I mention... PRECISE??? lol (He looks slightly insane there... ! HA HA!) YAYYYY! |
