In case you're interested in the recipe, I got it here.  We read the reviews and made the modifications (added more sauce so it wouldn't be dry) and it was just perfect!

38chi-yes we should all convince our DH's to cook it hahaha. mine is awesome at grilling and most meat, but he doesn't like to follow recipies. he likes to just "experiment"
