Hey ladies,
It's 4am here and I'm totally awake. I' having insomnia since the beggining of this pregnancy but now, this is worst.
I'm having nauseas, but during the day, those are easily manabeable by drinking water/soda or eating a little something. But since a couple days, I woke up at 3am and found myself unable to get back to sleep. I just realise it's nausea that
wakes me up...What can I do? Getting up is helping but I can't get up at 3am every night...I'll be exhausted in no time :S. And eating in the middle of the night is my next solution but seems to me like it won't help with the "getting back to sleep
easily". Any other suggestions?
