NIC! THANKS!!! You are so sweet!!! I know, I totally should ask for a deal, ha ha ha! He is so awesome, I had such a good time with him and, I knew he was bringing a girl with him to be kosher about the whole thing, but she ended up being a second photographer, so it was kinda crazy having two people shoot. I now look back and think, darn it, I should have hammed it up more! HA HA! It was kinda weird to have all that attention.

Ive seen about half the pics today and he said there are about 20 more he has that he will post soon for me to review. Im excited! And, if I don't have him do a book for me, Im gonna have to ask you about yours for instruction :)

You like the hair??? I wasn't sure about it at first, Im not used to seeing my hair curled like that. And, of course, Im my hardest critic so when I looked at the pics initially Im like, hmm, my face is kinda weird there, blah blah, so I knew posting them here at the P-dub would help me a lot!

The makeup ALMOST ended in disaster, I started out looking like a street walker, but then a MAC girl came over and saved the day...THANK GOD!

Now, its just been super difficult not mentioning anything to FI!

Im coming out there next weekend for my hair trial over at Dolce Vita salon, if you're around it would be really fun to meet for a drink! Let me know!

Beatie & S2BW- It was total fun! Thanks! FI better be floored! HA HA! Im thinking I will give him a book as his wedding present and have my MOH take it over to him. Im hoping that our photog can go over at the same time and capture his expression when he opens it and figures out what it is. Or, if we decide to see each other beforehand to take pics, I'll give it to him myself :)

HMM- My photographer is Jeff Walters of Uniquephotography.net -he'll also be doing our e-pics -were doing them 5/18, unfortunately he was booked for our wedding date :(

You're so lucky to have seen so many pics! I've only seen the 4 teasers the photog sent and she has tons of images...2 1/2 hours worth. I too am struggling not sharing the images with my FI. I know he'll love them. It will be woth the wait :) The impact of an entire book will be so much better than a few pics on the computer, lol!

I love the hair. It goes with the whole concept of the shoot. Scary that your makeup almost ended in disaster. Thank goodness for the MAC girl!!!

How did you post your pictures so fast? Did you have to purchase them first through your photographer? We took our engagement pics and I can't save them on my computer without purchasing them online. Just wondering if there is some secret to posting professional photos. Thanks!

amerie- Im in NorCal, specifically the pictures were taken in the Roseville area. The areas were actually just undeveloped land next to housing developments. They werent completely secluded (the pictures with the white shirt were shot right next to a bike path). I just walked around in the shirt when not shooting. The other shots were taken in a much larger field so people couldn't really see me. I didn't feel shy with the photogs and figured if someone really wanted to take the time to look, then oh well. Also, I knew Jeff would take care of any looky-lous, but honestly there weren't any :)

Hi Champ! As you know, we've all missed you and your insight and ideas to many things ;) Glad you're back chatting! You've been missed! I know, I agree, actually, like a couple of the other girls, (e.g., aching and its.nicsknack) Im planning on making him a book. I'd make him a calendar, but where would he post it? Its not like he would post it at his office (ha ha ha...) and we wouldn't post it at home with a 10yr old mulling about, so the book idea was what I thought would work. That way, we can put it away in a drawer and take it out to look at when we want to. :) Ha ha, love the Girls Next Door reference, Im guilty of watching it too!

HMM- Maybe he would travel of meet you half way if you really wanted him to do the pics? He is very reasonable and I do know he travels for weddings. If you are really interested, give him a call and just see what he says. He is SO NICE, his website link is in my bio at the bottom under vendors. You can just tell him that Ashley told you to call him. ;)

Sugar25, no I didn't have to purchase them, I have a secret way of copying them I figured out! HA! I mean they are ME, so I didn't feel bad doing it...I took a screen shot and copied it into paint, then I just outlined the picture, copied, open a new page, pasted and saved. Voila!
I am not, in anyway, saying this is a way to copy pictures that you aren't supposed to... ha ha. ;) PM me if you need more help.
