Bakery

I'm looking for a bakery shop in the San Diego area.  For the cake, I would like for it to be buttercream...so a location close to our venue is at Leo Carrillo Ranch would be great, but i can work with fondant if I have to.  I will need it to feed approximately 110 guest.

DJ

For the DJ, I need someone who is bilingual and knows how to mix spanish (Rock en Espanol, Cumbia, Salsa etc.) with Club hits and top 40.  We are also on a budget so I would like to stay in or around 500 if at all possible.  I f not, then I will figure something out...but right now I just need some options!  The DJ do not have to be a "pro" (as in part of a company), as long as they act like professionals and know how to keep the party going.  We are allowed to bring in anyone and not just licensed professionals.  MUST BE UPBEAT AND KNOW HOW TO GET DOWN ON THE TURN TABLES ;)

Florist

I need a shop that can make 5 BM bouquets, 1 Bridal bouquet, 8 Bouts and 2 Coursages on a small budget.  I do not need centerpieces since I will be making a trip up to the flower market to make them.  I'm going for a simple, j ust gathered look anyways.  I don't need the bouquets to be very large or elaborate.  I actually would prefer them to be simple.
