This is really random because I don't know you that well, but in my dream last night I was on PW (pathetic, isn't it?!?) and you posted a BFP thread on the TTC boards!!!  It was so real that I had to check when I woke up.  Not to sound all crazy Miss Cleo, but I usually get premonitions like this for a reason!!  I've had this happen before and the dream comes true... it's kinda nuts!  Like Dejavu! :)

Oh my gosh!!!  I totally believe in that kinda stuff... I know it sounds crazy!   I really appreciate you having that dream!  Seriously!  It means so much to me!  ...Don't you hate it when you wake up from a dream and don't know if it was real or not... well, this time I pray that it does come true!!!!

I don't know if I'm just having side effects from all of the meds, but I've been having cramping for days now!  I am only 2/3 DPO so there is no way I would have any symptoms yet, but I feel so different than any other month... trying not to get my hopes up, but I really hope this is my month!!!!  Thank you again for the special thoughts!!!  And thanks beatie and dana for your support!

Could be implantation cramps, I hear A LOT of women get them!!! :)  Fingers, toes, eyes (ha ha ha- JK) crossed for you!! :)

I dream pregnant women too and am never wrong. Hope Allie turns out to be a little Miss Cleo too! 

I serious hope she's right cause I was doing some research today and if I'm not pregnant this month I'm not going to beat around the bush anymore... I will talk to my RE first (of course!) about my options, but I think I'm ready to go ahead with laparoscopic surgery to pinch the right tube (or even have it removed if need be) because I'm getting worried about the toxic fluids (from the hydrosalpinx) ruining my chances of implantation (or worse, a spontaneous miscarriage in the first trimester)...

BUT, I'm still holding onto hope that your dream will come to fruition and in a couple of days I might know if I'm pregnant!!!!
