I've put a lot of thought into this, but haven't made a decision yet. I don't wear a ton of makeup so it makes me nervous having anyone do it because i'm afraid it will come out super heavy and sooo not me. For my epics, I think i might try going to the MAC counter at a local mall. I keep hearing that their Makeup is amazing, and that it photographs really really well. They also will come out to your house the day of the wedding to do your makeup if you like them.

however, for the day of, i'm currently researching salons in the area for the best prices for updos, styles and makeup. I'm trying to make sure that the prices are reasonable because i'd love to have my BM and Mom and FMIL get ready together and bfast and mimosas. Some prices in the area that i've found:

• Joseph Anthony (super pricey, $70 flat price for Makeup, and $80 for Hair-- even if they just have it washed and blown out... They do give the bridal party their own room, which is the big perk here...)
• Currie (more reasonable. $20-40 for style, $50 for makeup)
• Pierre and Carlo (pricey again, $45 blow dry/style, $50 Makeup for BM, $65 Makeup for Bride, for this one, we'd probably fill the salon)

megster- where exactly are you located? Im researching for my wedding and I live in philly but the wedding is in lancaster and i cant find anyone!!

Why you love them: I just walked in to buy foundation (I was going to DIY my EPICS) but since it wasn't crazy at the time I went in she did my whole look and gave me lip color changes for each outfit. See the work below.... 

@ Krista I'm in Delaware County, PA... Around me is Media, West Chester, Springfield... ever heard? My cousin lives in Lancaster (I'm actually going to post some pics of her in the general forum later today of her walking around in downtown lancaster in her bridal gown from 4 years ago with her college roomies....), let me send her a message to see if she has any suggestions for hair/makeup.
