If so, where, when, anything stand out, and would you recommend the place?

Went to a weddign at Captain Bills in Bay Shore a couple of years ago and it was amazing!  The food was so good and the atmosphere was great!

Also went to a wedding at Chateau La Mer in Lindenhurst.  Gorgeous room.  Food was good but didn't blow me away.  Cool palm trees!

I went to a wedding at The Claremont Hotel over the summer. What was cool about that place is that the bride and groom get a hotel suite for the night included with the wedding. It is also convenient for out of town guests. The food was decent and I had a really good time.

Hotel weddings are always so convenient!

ours was Dec 11th at Jericho Terrace -- I think everyone had a blast lol ; )

we went to a wedding in Oct at The Riveria in Massapequa. It was ok - don't think I'd recommend it though.

also went to one in Oct at the Venetian Yacht Club - that was pretty & food was great! Not a huge fan of their decor, but you can't win them all, right?

I hear ya!  Fi and I went to a tasting at the Riviera and we were like...hmmm not for us.  I found their food to be a bit salty.  Pretty place though. 

I considered the venetian too cause I was sold on having a waterview.  Must've been gorg!

I'm getting married at Jericho Terrace in August. Almost - I'm glad to hear that everyone had a good time. I'm slowly getting the pieces of my wedding together. I'm going to look at dresses next week and I'm nervous.
