My goal is to reach the 115-120lbs by June (my birthday) without having to eat cabbage every week I am 145lbs right know.Well I lost weight but my belly fat is still there..I look like I was big time bloated  or something. Does any of you have some secrets for my little/big problem.

I 143 need to lose 13lbs by May 10th (going on our one year anniversar  trip). i started a group training class  (body toning class) @ the gym 3x a week with  3 to 5 days of cardio. cardio/weight training  and eating right does it for me. hope this helps. trainer wants me to eat 1,400 calories per day. I'm 5'7

I try cardio before but right now I don't have time to enroll in the gym or class.

I work 9+ hours 6 days a week and I go to school.. that leaves no free time..

I walk during my lunch hour at hour but is not much help.

Cardio Cardio Cardio. Trying taking out the over processed carbs out of you diet like white flour, white sugar. But let yourself have little treats here and there. Cardio Cardio and more cardio is going to be the way to do it but still finding that balance with food. it is an 80/20 percent meaning that exercise is 80% of loseing weight but the food and your diet is the other 20 percent. I have been working out at least 5-6 days a week and making sure that my diet is clean and has as little processed foods in it as possible and i have almost lost 20 lbs sinc jan 4th. I know you can do it girl.

I do my cardio at home when I can't get out to ride due to cold or rain.

My favorites are dance so I have (old school here so don't laugh) MTV's the Grind (three VHS tapes of cardio dance exercise) and Paula Abdul's Get up and Dance (old here again, only on VHS - the original that is).

DAnce your A$$ off!!!! ;o)
