CARDIO! eat clean, veggies,fruits,protein, no sugar,etc. three meals and two snacks. I 143 need to lose 13lbs by May 10th (going on our one year anniversar trip). i started a group training class (body toning class) @ the gym 3x a
week with 3 to 5 days of cardio. cardio/weight training and eating right does it for me. hope this helps. trainer wants me to eat 1,400 calories per day. I'm 5'7
