What is the largest thing you are cutting completely out of the budget?

What is the one thing you just could NOT cut?

Alcohol my fi and I don't drink.  I know I will be saving a pretty penny not serving it.  I am also not having a dj.  So thats 2 things I cut out completely.  We are pretty much having a fancy dinner party for our wedding.

Flowers I could never ever cut flowers out! My mom is a florist and I want flowers dripping from everything!

no alcohol and real flowers! Pier one has flowers that look just as good and you get to keep your bouquet forever! I bought all the flowers for the men, mothers, bridesmaids bouquets, and mine for around $160 there. And let me tell you, mine is HUGE! You need two hands to hold it up! It's going to look alot like this one ;)

I'm managing to skimp on reception venue 295$ for the whole day! - Will not skimp on photography...those are the only things that stay around forever- I want to make sure lighting is good and everyones heads are accounted for!!

I am doing my own flowers and decorations and iPod reception with a stand in DJ to man the playlists.

I would never skimp on the food and drinks! That's just me & my fiance, we are big foodies :]

I found both my dresses for less than $500.  I would never skimp on food or drinks as I love to eat!!!

I can live without the flowers, fancy transportations and others things.... the things that I am not willing to cut are photography and food...

I cut our guest list from 100 to 40. Hubby made a good point Why r we inviting people just to show off and not truly support us. But i have a huge family etc but we figured the closest of the close and r doing a dw wedding in florida

Alcohol, buying wholesale flowers instead of going to a florist, dad is a sous chef at a restaurant and the owner is catering our wedding for free. Moving the location to my home town where its cheaper.

I couldn't give up photography!
