Friday, 11/11: My last day of work in Dallas!! Went by super fast, especially since I tend to get to work early, and leave a few minutes late everyday, the HR lady came in and said that instead of working 10-7 like normal, I could work 10-430,
and have all my hours! SCORE!!! She came in and told me that at 4:30!!! I headed home early, where my sisters were already crying L. I finished packing and they helped me get everything into the garage, where my mom and step-dad loaded my entire life
into a 5x8ft uhaul…here we go!
Saturday, 11/12: Moving Day!!!! I woke up at 5am unable to sleep anymore, and finshed cleaning and started packing wedding stuff, my mom and stepdad woke up around 7am and we finished getting all my stuff together. Mom, stepdad, 1 sister and her
BF headed for Houston at 9am!! We arrived to the apartment around 130p unloaded all the boxes, and went to lunch with FI. When we got back the boys played video games and watched movies, while the girls unpacked, and made our apartment look more
like a home and less like a bachelor pad. My mom, stepdad, sister and her BF left around 530p to head back to Dallas! FI and I spent the night playing “house” with all our presents! Hehe
Sunday, 11/13: Relax and get re-packed Day!! We got all the boxes to the dumpster, and got everything that needed to head back with us to Dallas for wedding week all packed. I got out my “Interview Outfit” and we went to bed!
Monday, 11/14: Interview/Head back to Dallas Day!!! The official start of wedding week was here!! I woke up and got ready for my interview while FI packed up the truck to head into Dallas. He grabbed a couple movies, and we left for my
interview! My interview went really well and FI took a nap in the truck! We headed back tot Dallas around 1p. We had to make a pit stop in Mesquite to pick up some presents that were being help at the UPS store, and had a 6p meeting with the DJ.
After our meeting we went to FI’s parents house to play with our furbaby, and sleep!!
Tuesday, 11/15: Marriage License day!! FI and I woke up at 730p and had breakfast, then headed up to the Collin County Administrative building, and turned in our application, and were going over all the info with the county clerk’s
office, when all of a sudden, the computer’s went down…we stood there for another hour waiting for them to come back up!! But we got our license, and went to meet FI’s parents for lunch!! After lunch we went to meet my
parent’s at Sam’s Club to get candy for the candy bar, and crackers/cheese/fruit for the appitizers….while walking through the crackers aisle…CLUNK…I pass smooth out…I woke up to being carried out to the truck…this
happens fairly frequently…mostly when my blood sugar drops..we checked it when I got home, it was 50..normal BS levels are like 90-110…oops.. This starts the first of a 5 day blood sugar check my MD wants to do..great. I have too much
to do without having to remember to check my blood sugar every 2 hours!
Wednesday & Thursday 11/16-17: Wedding Packing day! We spent the next 2 days packing my parents house, and FI’s parents house of all things wedding related. I finished hammering out timelines with my BMs, and Wedding
Coordinator. We were going to have to do wedding day set up Saturday morning, instead of Friday evening because someone booked our venue for Friday night. No biggie. We can do this. I get on the phone and call my aunts and cousins..they are all in, and
will meet us at the venue Saturday morning at 9am to set up! YES!!! Crisis Averted!!
