Kind of deceiving.  It says that it is banding by the yard in the description however the top does say foot. 

I've seen some of those bracelets on ebay and they were pretty reasonably priced...

I diy'ed mine, I found some bling at Walmart by the yard, same stuff was at Joann Fabics for $3 more a yard. I just wrapped and hot glued it on at the same time.
