Here's another I love besides my own...

I love that one too, ladyhannah!  Here's what our cake lady ended up doing.  I loved it!

Love the cakes ladies!!!  I have these two in my inspiration file :-)

But unfortunately, recreating a cake like the ones above is just out of my price range.  My fiance and I have narrowed it down to two choices and once I meet with the bakery we'll make our final choice. 

Our first choice is this cake

We would have square tiers instead of round and I can't decide if I want a blue cake with white writing or a white cake with blue writing.  Anyone have any thoughts???

Our second choice is this cake

It would look just like it does above but with blue hydrangea's as the decoration :-)

I'm really hoping the bakery will be able to pull off our first choice and do the words in different looking "fonts".  I just don't think it would have the same impact if the words were all written in the same style of writing. I also really like that cake because we could choose all the words and really personalize it.  We'll just have to wait and see :-)

dluvs, it may be easier for your cake person to do white icing with blue writing.  That was the impression I got from my cake lady.  :)
