Does anyone know of a good place to get a Brazillian in the LA/SF Valley area?

i've heard ziba does a good job. they have several locations in the LA area. i think their website is zibabeauty.com or something.

I LOVE my lady - Marina at Faces European Skin Care at 3rd/Crescent Heights in LA :) http://www.facesesc.com/

I also know that many celebs use the place where I get my facials (I remember them having to sneak Cameron Diaz out once), Belladonna in Beverly Hills: http://www.belladonnabeverlyhills.com/

Good luck!

I've been going to Wax at Fairfax and Melrose for months. Marissa is fantastic, quick and meticulous.

if you still need a referral- I've been going to Natura spa on Wilshire. I go for a steam 1st , which really helps to soften the skin, loosen the hair, and then I have the wax appt. I do not get Brazillian wax done, but I am sure they do it.

I love Julie at JB Nails on Robertson - doesn't hurt at all and is only $20.

I'm still looking for a place myself - I'm too spoiled by the 1st salon I've been to in Santa Barbara. Anyone try the no scream cream?

When i lived in LA i used to go to a small salon on 3rd between Fairfax and La Cienega. If you drive by you'll notice it on the south side of the street. The woman was the best i've ever gone to (even better than Bliss). I think she's greek or something. Anyways, she asked if I had a disclosure to sign. I was like "what?". Turns out a lot of her clients have her sign confidentiality agreements because she does celeb/high profile "hoo-ha" waxing all the time. I guess I "looked" "LA" and since I came with my football player-like gay friend, she thought he was my bodygaurd! LOL. She was great and only $65. Ladies, please dont go to a salon that charges a very cheap price...a lot of these low-priced brazilian wax salons can leave you in pain and do more damange than good. You do get what you pay for. I lucked out b/c 65 is on the low end of the pay scale...I took a risk but luckily it worked out.
