What do you ladies normally have for breakfast?
I tend to rotate between three things:
-Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with fresh berries and nonfat milk
-Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins cereal with nonfat milk
-2 slices whole grain double fiber bread with 2 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges.
The one contant in my morning routine is a big cup of coffee with sugar free flavored creamer and Splenda.
