Breakfast ideas?

What do you ladies normally have for breakfast? 

I tend to rotate between three things: 

-Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with fresh berries and nonfat milk

-Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins cereal with nonfat milk

-2 slices whole grain double fiber bread with 2 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges. 

The one contant in my morning routine is a big cup of coffee with sugar free flavored creamer and Splenda.

I love vita top muffins!  (Especially the chocolate or cran bran flavors)  They're only 100 calories (or 1 weight watcher point) and keep me satisfied a lot longer than I thought they would!  Especially if I have milk with it.

I usually fix oatmeal on the mornings I have a little bit more time, and there's a GREAT wheat banana pancake recipe in the Hungry Girl 200 under 200 cookbook!  I have those for dinner all the time!

wildfire, where do you get those vita top muffins? I've never heard of them....I'd love to get my hands on 100 calorie muffin...especially one which involves CHOCOLATE!  :D

Well, I win for worst breakfast-eater! We had krispy kremes in the office earlier this week and my usual isn't much better. You guys are so GOOD!!  

So inspired by your whole grain fruitastic b-fats, today I decided to have cereal and tea in the office instead of my usual Friday Starbucks chai and a pastry. . . so that's progress . . . right?? ;)

fiber one cereal. i notice the difference when i dont have that for breakfast!

banana because they are healthy for you (i hate them), and usually an egg and toast!

i try to have variety w/ breakfast

hot green tea. 

half a bagel (whole wheat, i make sure that it does not contain enriched flour) w/ either laughing cow light swiss cheese wedge or almond butter

oatmeal

egg white omelet w/ veggies and wheat toast

usually tea and cereal...and if i'm bad...i eat a bagel with LOTS of Cream Cheese!!!
