Top Roll fondant 2+(2H+D) of cake for middle layer and use quilting pattern roller

Middle -That one requires Pearlized air brushing. Roll fondant 2+(2H+D) of cake for middle layer add pearls

Third layer requires a length of fondant 5x the circumference of the cake and the width of strip equals Radius plus height plus 2 inches.

You can add length of strip by tucking UNDER the previous pleat. finish on a pleat.

I learned that pleat making from making kilts!
