in the bigger picture, this isnt the worst thing that could have happened. having a loved one pass away or heaven forbid, your fh getting in a horrible accident - those are probablyworst right???
take a deep breath - - granted, it is highly frustrating, but like mare mentioned, some people are really having alot of $$ problems and well, in her eyes, a dw is not a high priority if she's got tution, mortgage, or other life bills--- if it were me, i'd always pick my own survival versus a friend's dw - sh!t happens, ya know?
if she doesnt make it, why do you have to have someone fill her shoes?? for the symmetry in the pics?? if nobody else is as close to you - it's kinda rude to ask someone last minute just to fill a spot, imo...
sorry if i dont seem sympathetic, that's not the case, wedding planning is a big task, and a dw poses even larger challeneges with $$$ and travel etc...
let it go and move forward - - you're getting married and that's the best case scenario right??
