Bridesmaid Invitations

Wow...Im a terrible bride....I just seriously called most of them....I think one of them, my friend Lori I had already had plans to meet up for drinks with her...so I believe I bought her drink for her....but wow....yeah I need to make up for that like at the bridal shower or day of the wedding...

lukduck, do NOT feel bad! I did these because originally I had decided to only have my bestfriend stand up for me during the ceremony. However, since all the planning has started, to be honest, she has been the least involved, and my other girlfriends have been AWESOME! Geez, I feel bad actually writing that, but its really true... So, I thought it would only be appropriate to have them stand up during the ceremony after all so I wanted to officially ask them to be my "maids." :)

Haha lukduck, I'm worse... they got an email. I'm going to try to make up for it by hosting a brunch with non stop drinks and gifts. I think kohler and I are on the same date :)

I sent all my bridesmaids a dress shaped cookie with their name and the question "will you be my bridesmaid" on it. I wrote them a personal note, telling them why they're special to me and then at the end, wrote that I had a question to ask them...then I had them open the cookie. They all loved it! I got them at www.weddingish.com.

I used the cookies from www.weddingish.com too!! I used them for all the bridesmaids and the kids who I chose for flower girls and ring bearers. I didn't sample the cookies myself, but supposedly they were really good =). In case anyone uses the store, they gave me a discount code for my next purchase. It's "merci". It gave me an extra 10% off when I used them to order some extra cookies. Maybe it'll work for you guys.
