Broseay's a MRS :)

So my day started at around 1:00am when the best man came up to my room telling me my soon to be hubby had a little too much fun and was crying in the bathroom asking for me. So being the good wife to be I went down and took care of him (and had the BM's snap a few pictures for use later haha). After all this I got a text as soon as we got up at 7:00 from him saying how much me loved me :)

We got in the limo and we all went to the salon to get our hair done. The stylists were all supposed to be there so we could start at 8:30 but of course most of them weren't on time and we didn't get in until after 9 screwing up my timeline but I wasn't going to stress. We did have to have the limo take me,my Mom and MOH back to the hotel leaving a few of the girls to be picked up later because my MUA was waiting. Any greater Cincinnati area brides I would def. recommend my MUA Nancy from BrideFace. AMAZING!

Then, after make-up and mimosa's we got a visit from the best man saying Tom was so nervous. After his visit and a few more drinks the girls got ready and we loaded up in the limo so we could make it to the church. My mom kept crying and my poor godmother (who did all my flowers for the church and bridal party as my gift) couldn't even come downstairs to see me because she kept crying so getting ready was a little interesting but we got through it. As we all lined up at the back of church I was soo excited and when they opened the doors Tom's face was priceless. He looked so handsome and was crying. I never thought he would cry. The ceremony was gorgeous and went perfectly except I couldn't get his ring over his finger.

After the ceremony we took some pictures and since it was raining (and it wasn't even supposed to rain booo) we were trying to find places indoors. We decided to go to UC were we went and both graduated, the restaurant were we got engaged and then the reception hall the Phoenix because they have a gorgeous windows and marble staircases.

When we arrived at the Phoenix they took us up to a "holding" room full of some of the amazing food we picked out and drinks and Tom and I went up to the room to see it. It look soo much better than I had imagined. My only complaint was the florist told me I was going to get a variety of flowers and my centerpieces ended up being almost entirely roses with like 4 orchids. They were beautiful but in the beginning I had the option of all roses and it was like $30 cheaper per piece so if had known she was going to use all roses I would have saved myself a little money, plus I wanted to have hanging votives but she didn't have those on my branches.

The food at the reception was amazing and the cheesecake was soo good. Everyone said the food was great and they loved the candy bar and mini-cheeseburger bar. Our DJ kept the party going and everyone seemed to have a great time dancing.  I only wish we could have danced more but it was hard since we had to talk to so many people.

We leave tomorrow morning for St. Lucia for a week and here are a few (Ok I lied a lot, I'm totally a FB stalker) of the stolen pics from facebook. I can't wait to get our pictures back from our photographer! Hope all the other ladies who got married this weekend had a fabulous time!

Everything looks great. I love the phenix. I wanted to have my reception there but couldnt bc of costs. So glad your little hicups on your day went away.

@amanda: we loved the Phoenix and they did a great job but it def is a little pricey so we just tried to do a lot of DIY and budgeted a little less for the rest of the wedding.
