Deneen, I had the same problem as you except I can't really remember what I did to fix it. I would either get the Red X or the graphic was all smushed up. I know for sure that I gave up and tried again a couple of days later!
Can anyone else help??

Jillian, try clicking on the "html" button instead of the tree and paste the entire code in there and then click on update in the lower left hand corner of that html window. That is where I make changes to color and font coding so it might work for this.
