Cabbage Soup Diet anyone??

I did the cabbage soup diet on Jan 3rd and lost 8 lbs in one week. I have maintained that and have lost a total of 17 lbs. since then. I'm doing it again starting Monday!! Anyone wanna join for support!! Just google it and you'll get all the info!

I did that one summer..I physically could not even eat it after I made a huge batch. It made me wanna puke just smelling it! My friend did it..and all it did was make her crap her brains out lol. Is that the affect it does on everyone?

I tried this once...I threw up at the end of day 1.  I need to eat a solid breakfast, and that soup is also nasty stuff, so it didn't work for me!

Yes arivera..I am very proud of the ladies that can. I guess if you like cooked cabbage it'd be easier on ya.

Vegasbride...Yes, I work out every other day, on top of that. It can be very trying and takes alot of will power, but it is totally worth it after! You have to just eat alot of veggies and fruits on the days you can and you should be good. Just literally STUFF yourself with veggies!!

We can give eachother support and encouragement on this page!

BTW, good filling veggies are broccoli, and mushrooms. My suggestion on day 3 make a HUGE fruit salad and STUFF yourself with it. On banana day make a banana shake! On tomatoe day, cook and purree the tomatoes to make a tomatoe sauce...yum.

Weigh yourself tomorrow morning and we can do weigh in's every other day. Don't weigh yourself everyday you will drive yourself crazy!!

YAY! Vegas Bride here we go!

I did it back in highschool but I cant really remember how drastic my results were. I bought tons of fruit and veggies so I should be good to go! Thats such a good idea to make the shakes and tomato sauce! I'll definitely try that! Im excited to start. I plan on working out too. I've been on a pretty restricted diet the last week or so (1200 cals) and working out, so I think I can handel it!

Yay! Im glad to have a little support group!

Lets do it!

My soup is cooking right now to be ready for tomorrow! It smells wonderful! I used V8 and a few cups of water just because the bottle of V8 didnt didnt seem like quite enough liquid. And I used a yellow and orange pepper instead of green. I really thought it was going to be bland and horrible, but its pretty good! Im not dreading this as much as I thought. Im a fruit and veggie lover anyway, so this kind of thing is right up my ally!

Look forward losing this weight!
