Today has been super good i have eaten my normal oatmeal breakfast (5.5 pts) lunch i had two morning star sausage patties (3.5 pts) a banana (2 pts) and a clementin (0pts) Dinner is going to be at the FIL house because it is my FFIL's Birthday
today. We will mostly likely have steak i just need to make sure not to eat the entire steak and save some points to allow myself some cake afterwards to celebrate my huge accomplishment that i did.
my work out is going to be a 30 minute walk with a co-worker at lunch, 60 minute bootcamp class and possibly a walk run with a friend of mine after dinner at the FIL house.
It is going to be a super busy night but i am ok with it and i know i am going to ben even busier once the ball start to get rolling on the wedding stuff.
So since i was so exhausted last night from my crazy day of working out i thought i would add on a quick update for sunday.
work=CRAZY 5k in the morning. Then i jogged walked over 5 miles with a friend of mine so in total i worked out for more than 2 hours and it was all walking/jogging (mostly jogging i might add) the entire time, my body is i super sore today but
it is a great sore all at the same time. I love having this healthy lifestyle and i must say it is an addiction but a good addiction i might add.
Eating: was a little interesting i basically had to stuff my face at the end of the night to make sure i had enough calories in my body to make sure it didn't go into starvation mode. I had 41.5 points 16 of which i had to use to fuel my body
from my crazy work outs i did. A little note to self the next time i do that run. Bring more water and bring something to snack on to keep me energized for the run.
