Ceremony playlist - HELP PLEASE?!

Hello wonderful people and Happy Friday!

I need your help - long story short - our plans of hiring a bag piper for the ceremony fell through. So I need to put together the playlist for the Ceremony.

Can you share your list with me? TIA!!!

We had several songs from the soundtracks for Pride and Prejudice and Becoming Jane play before the ceremony started (the complete list can be found in my bio), but other than that we only had our processional--"At the Beginning" by Richard Marx and Donna Lewis--and recessional--"God Gave Me You" by Dave Barnes.

We had a bunch of classical stuff...most with names I don't remember. LOL.  

But if I could have picked all the songs our duo could play, I would have gone with some popular songs done classically.  So my long answer is: have you looked at stuff from Vitamin String Quartet? It's basically pop songs done by a string quartet and many of their renditions sound AMAZING.  (Even if you're not a fan of the original song!)

Thank you for the suggestions ladies! I'll need to sit down and start listening to some of these that I don't know. 

So far loving Vitamin String Quartet! Reminds me of this guy in Seattle that plays rounds using his violin and a machine that records and then replays immediately. It's pretty neat but I probably don't do it justice explaining it.

Ashley, have you looked into bagpipe songs already made? I love vitamin string quartet! But if you were planning on a bagpiper, maybe there's a song out there that has it incorporated! I'll have to look around and let you know if i find anything!
