Thanks nubianqueen.  I'm also having my first fitting this weekend and my dress doesn't zip - it's too small in the waist and boobs. I'm going to try to fit in an hour of cardio at least 5 days a week until the end of June.   For today's check in I'm at 27/10/1.

Hi all from the looks at my scale, I have lost another 5lbs!! I am only 5lbs away from my wedding day goal. Bad thing is I am not content with the results so I may try to lose another 5lbs on top of the 5 I need to lose.
